Refund Policy
Tandem Skydives
If you pay for a tandem skydive and then decide not to do the skydive, we will refund your purchase price minus $50 if you cancel at least 48 hours before you are scheduled to jump and minus $100 if you cancel at least 24 hours (but less than 48 hours) before you are scheduled to jump. If you fail to show up at the time you are scheduled for, or if you change your mind or cancel within 24 hours of when you are scheduled to jump, you will not get a refund. Once you get on the airplane, you are still free to change your mind about skydiving at any time before exiting the airplane, but you will not get a refund.
If we make a determination that your skydive must be rescheduled to a different date due to the weather or other factors beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule your jump on a mutually acceptable date or, at your option, give you a refund minus a $10 service charge.
If any member of our staff determines that you are unfit to skydive for reasons other than your own misconduct (misconduct includes drinking, drug use, failure to follow instructions given to you by your tandem skydiving instructor or any member of our staff, etc.), a full refund will be given. If you are not permitted to skydive due to your own misconduct, you will forfeit the entire purchase price.
Tandem Skydive Gift Certificates/Jump Certificates
Gift Certificates and Jump Certificates for tandem skydives are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. Gift Certificates and Jump Certificates for tandem skydives are transferable.
Jump Tickets
No cash refunds are given for jump tickets. Any unused balance will be carried on your account until used. Balances are transferable.
