For information, the best way to contact us is via email.
We typically only run operations during the weekends. We are able to accommodate special requests to jump during the week especially if you have a group that desires to jump. The best way to contact us for information is via email. We monitor emails throughout the day and can typically respond to you fairly soon.
However, regardless if you call us or send us an email, we will strive to respond to you the same day. If you don't have email access or really just want to speak to someone personally, you can leave a message on our voice mail and we will get back to you as soon as possible (typically that evening).
If you call us during the day and get voice-mail, leave a message, we will return your call that day.
*NOTE: If you are calling about purchasing a gift for someone and do not wish us to call you back after a specific time, please state so in your voicemail.
